Trace
Citation without route
This room gathers writing, citation, publication, playlist, and referenced works that move through the doctoral project without becoming a map of it. It is not a bibliography. Not a route through the argument. Not a list of influences to be mastered. A gathering of what has touched the work without settling it.
Nothing here completes the route. It remains as trace.

“us is I is we is them is you (is none of the above)”
Languaging the everyday infrathin with Edward Reardon / chapter / 2026
This section gathers writing that has emerged from, returned to, or moved near the doctoral project. These works are not listed as outputs. They remain here as fragments: lines, titles, images, citations, and unfinished returns.

Playlist
a listening apparatus, not a soundtrack
This section gathers music, sound, repetition, silence, saturation, duration, noise, and almost-nothing that remained with the thesis as it was written.
These tracks do not accompany the work as background. They do not explain it. They do not illustrate it.
They form a listening apparatus: a way of staying with pressure, collapse, endurance, interruption, and what continues after sense begins to fail.
Stray listening trace
Kristīne Balanas / Margarita Balanas / Vivaldi, Summer
Not a soundtrack.
Not accompaniment.
A listening apparatus for what the thesis could not leave behind.

Works
fragments, working surfaces

Not process.
Not archive.
Not the making-of.
A wall before it became chapter.
A table before it became argument.
A page before it became answerable.
Notes held until they failed their order.
Diagrams drawn where no route would hold.
Drafts under drafts.
Books, pens, tape, paper, objects, crossings-out.
The thesis did not arrive clean.
It accumulated.
The matter argument passed through.
